Finance Systems Analyst

SystemsAccountants are assisting a London based Property firm that is expanding its Yardi real estate platform in the UK and seeks a Systems Analyst to provide first-line support. Reporting to the Business Applications Services Manager, the analyst will support 150 users across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user support and change requests via ServiceNow
• Document and gain approval for changes per audit standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; liaise with Yardi support
• Support system enhancements, including new modules, APIs, and SFTP integrations
• Recommend and implement process improvements using Yardi Voyager
• Oversee user management, access control, onboarding, and training
• Stay current on Yardi updates and promote best practices

Core Competencies

• Experience in finance systems support
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• Effective communicator, adaptable, and self-motivated
• Proven client service and relationship management skills

Desirable Experience

• Yardi or similar ERP
• Advanced Excel, Power Query, SQL
• ServiceNow, ITIL
• Accounting qualifications (part or full)

The incumbent is required on site in London 3 days per week.
