Finance Program Manager (Digital) - Poland - 6+months

I am looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage projects in our Digital Enabling Functions area. You will lead big digital projects that affect Finance processes and work with Finance, Digital teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all projects in the Enabling portfolio.
• Deliver approved programs from start to finish.
• Focus on Finance topics like Controlling, General Ledger, and Pricing.
• Work in an international, Matrix environment.
• Bring structure and clarity to complex situations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Program Manager.
• Knowledge of Finance processes (Controlling, General Ledger, Pricing).
• Ability to manage large projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
