Job Description

COMFORT SYSTEMS is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive process simplification, standardisation, and automation across Commercial Finance Operations in the UK. You will lead Lean initiatives across close, forecasting, RevRec, and project finance, ensuring cadence and controls remain robust across countries.

You will partner with CFOps and pillar teams to improve hand offs, reduce hand-offs friction, and scale system enabled solutions.
