Our client is a well established manufacturing business based in Leeds and is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their finance team.

This role will suit a qualified or qualified by experience finance professional with a background in manufacturing or a similar environment. You will be responsible for supporting day to day financial operations while providing accurate and timely financial information to senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Cost and margin analysis
• Supporting operational teams with financial insight
• Maintaining financial controls and reporting processes

The successful candidate will have:

• A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or be qualified by experience
• Previous experience in a finance management role, ideally within manufacturing or an industrial environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and organised approach
