It is ideally suited to an ambitious accountant looking to accelerate their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Your new roleReporting into the Group Finance function, you will take responsibility for the finance activities of a key business unit, acting as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ownership and preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Producing and presenting detailed monthly reporting packs.
• Managing weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
• Delivering KPI and revenue reporting to support business performance.
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Providing commercial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Partnering with operational managers and senior leadership teams.
• Driving continuous improvement across financial processes and controls.
• Providing financial guidance and support across the wider business.
• Supporting additional finance and commercial projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business partnering.You will also possess:

• Previous experience within a commercial finance, management accounting or finance business partnering environment.
• Strong experience preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to influence decision-making.
• Advanced Excel and strong systems skills.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A driven and ambitious mindset with a desire to develop your career.
