Job Description Summary

Finance Manager - 1 Year FTC

Finance Manager is a key member of the corporate finance team, responsible for financial control, reporting, and governance across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. This role focuses on producing accurate financial information, maintaining strong internal controls, and working closely with management and key stakeholders including Tax, Treasury, Legal and FP&A. Keenova Therapeutics is a fast moving company and responding to the needs of the Keenova Therapeutics group will be an important part of this role.

Essential Functions

• Manage the accounting close monthly including but not limited to preparing and reviewing journal entries, period end Balance Sheet and P&L analysis, HFM reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Own the month end and quarter end close processes and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. Manage local and group reporting deadlines for designated legal entities.
• Presentation of Financials at subsidiary Board meetings for specified legal entities.
