Job Description

We are partnering with a growing, asset-backed Real Estate firm to appoint a Finance Manager.

This is a great opportunity to take on a varied role with real ownership and visibility across the business. You'll play a key part in improving financial processes, strengthening controls, and supporting the continued growth of the finance function while managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the month-end close and management reporting cycle.
• Oversight of financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.
• Management of cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Responsibility for VAT, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
• Supervision of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
• Driving process improvements, systems optimisation, and scalability.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver clear commercial insights.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 2-5 years' PQE.
• Experience in a Finance Manager / Financial Controller-level role, ideally within an SME environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including Irish GAAP / FRS 102 and VAT.
• Proven track record in managing month-end and delivering high-quality reporting.
• Strong Excel and finance systems capability.

Experience within real estate, asset-backed businesses, or SME finance environments would be considered a distinct advantage.
