Finance Manager

Overview

Finance Manager - My client, a well-established Automotive Manufacturer, is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their senior management team. The role reports to the COO and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day company finances, the preparation of monthly management accounts and ensuring internal controls are adhered to within the organisation. This is a permanent, on-site role based in Westmeath.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Managing the purchases, sales, and nominal ledgers
• Preparation of monthly payroll
• Ensuring the company is tax compliant and all returns are submitted accurately and on time
• Managing the accounts team and working closely with senior management to develop the business
• Improvement of reports from ERP system
• Creating ad-hoc reports for various business needs - including financial performance
• Managing the preparation of statutory financial accounts
• Ensuring full CSO and CRO compliance

Qualifications / Profile

• A highly organised individual with exceptional time management and organisation skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establishing priorities to meet deadlines
• An excellent communicator with strong computer skills
