A growing and reputable organisation with an office in Hull is growing its finance team, and recruiting a Finance Manager.

Ideally, you will hold an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but part-qualified applicants will also be considered, and you will also have relevant experience in a similar role.

Role:

Responsible for the management accounting of the group and finance operations

Areas reporting into the Finance Manager are:

Accounts Payable

Finance Operations

Responsible for the day-to-day finance activities, including posting to the nominal ledger and all the reconciliations (BS Monthly / Bank Weekly)

Produce management accounts with monthly reporting cycle to be completed by 5WD

Key Focus Areas:

Timely month end close

Completeness and accuracy of reconciliations

Consolidation

Audit delivery

Expense control and reporting
