Your new role
As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations, lead a small team, and provide insightful reporting to support business decision-making. You'll be responsible for ensuring robust financial controls, delivering timely management accounts, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a similar finance leadership role. You'll bring:

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial awareness
• Experience managing or mentoring a finance team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement
