Job Description
- 0.6 contract, 22.2 hrs. Over 3 days or more.
- 1 day minimum in office, other days flexible/hybrid.
- 33 days annual leave
- If you have experience of most of these, please apply:
- Finance qualification and/or 3 years experience and/or working towards qualification (we can help with study costs)
- Quickbooks skills -enter budgets, create reports, handle credit notes/refunds
- Confident using Excel
- Month-End jobs -balance sheet rec, BvA, Management accounts
- VAT returns, quarterly
- Worked in small charity/business -used to wearing multiple hats
- SORP -you understand charity accounting rules
- Calm Under Pressure: You can stay focused and meet deadlines, even when things get busy.
- Great Communicator: You re good with people and can communicate clearly in writing and in person.
- Self-Motivated: You take initiative, work well independently, and don t need constant supervision.
- Service-Oriented: You genuinely want to do a great job and help others.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things and make sure tasks are completed accurately.
- Willing to Learn: You re open to training and developing your skills further.
