Finance Manager - Record to Report

Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It's nice to be able to say things like that but we're not patting ourselves on the back just yet. And that's where this job comes in.

What you'll be doing

• Reporting into the Record to Report Lead who is based in Salzburg.
• Responsible for managing our financial statement audits and acting as the first contact for our auditor EY.
• Performing Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Reviews.
• Handling regular period-end tasks, including managing our fixed assets.
• Collaborating with shareholders on the preparation of year-end and statutory accounts.
• Overseeing our legal entities in the UK and Ireland.
• Supporting our Group Tax team and shareholder Coca Cola on tax-related questions.
• Ensuring internal controls under your responsibility are maintained.

You'll have

• Accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills to build cross-functional relationships and explain financial processes clearly and engagingly.
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues, find root causes, and develop solutions.
• A structured work approach with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Bonus: Power BI knowledge and experience with Microsoft D365.
