Finance Manager, near Richmond North Yorkshire salary £50,000 to £70,000 d.o.e.

A well-established and respected Group is, following an internal promotion, looking to appoint a Finance Manager to lead its finance function across two sites - only very minimal travel will be required to the second site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced finance professional who has a "can-do", "hands-on" attitude and is looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of a growing, multi-divisional business.
Your new role

Lead and manage the accounts team of circa 6 finance staff across two offices

Oversee credit control and payroll functions (weekly and monthly)

Support the Finance Director with strategic financial planning

Produce management accounts and financial reports

Manage pension and CIS submissions

Perform reconciliations (bank, credit card, control accounts, intercompany)

Handle supplier and subcontractor payments and resolve queries

Post payroll journals and provide ad-hoc financial analysis

What you'll need to succeed
As a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA and ACMA qualifications all equally welcomed), you will be looking for a hands-on role, in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.
By nature, you will not be a "clock-watcher" or someone governed by a job spec. Rather, you are someone who throws themselves into a role and ensures that the more they put in, the more they will gain from the role.
