Finance Lead

Responsibilities

• Run and improve the full FP&A process from day one (monthly reforecast, board packs, monthly exec business reviews)
• Support the CEO and exec team on board and investor reporting, and on strategic finance projects as they arise
• Oversee the 2027 audit
• Lead the finance team (advising, not running, month-end)

Requirements

• You've built and owned an FP&A process, not just worked inside someone else's
• You're accounting literate = can support and challenge a controller, even if you're not the one closing the books
• You've supported major corporate transactions or diligence processes from the finance seat and know what they actually demand
• You've partnered directly with execs and a board
• You've led a small finance team
• You've been hands on and energised by rolling up your sleeves
