THE ROLE

A general finance lawyer with 2 4pqe for an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and highly regarded team that sits at the heart of the firm's global efforts driving Finance and broader Capital Solutions, and within the broader Corporate team.

Work will include:

• Direct lending and special situations transactions
• Fund finance
• Esoteric and structured financings
• International and domestic syndicated loans
• Debt and capital markets work
• Finance aspects of distressed investments and restructurings

Clients include credit funds, hedge funds, other financial investors, special situation funds, portfolio companies, private equity houses and other sophisticated borrowers.

ABOUT YOU

With experience at a leading US firm, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle firm, you should have prior exposure to one or more of the relevant workstreams and be enthusiastic about developing a well rounded finance practice.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical capabilities across a broad finance skill set, an interest in working across a range of transaction types and with multiple partners and a keenness to be involved in special situations and restructuring/distressed financings.
