Finance Finance Manager position at WLR

WLR is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our award-winning team.

The Finance Manager will be a key member of the WLR management team, with overall responsibility for the financial management and day-to-day finance operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO and management team to prepare annual budgets, monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasts.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure strong financial controls across the business.
• Manage and review sales reporting, credit control, and debt collection.
• Prepare financial reports and information for the WLR Board.
• Provide financial insight and support to management to help inform commercial and strategic decisions.
• Lead and support an experienced finance team.
• Work closely with the wider business across sales, programming, digital, and operations.

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally with a minimum of 3-5 years' industry experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior management and Board members.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving business where no two days are quite the same.
