Finance Director: Strategic Finance & Governance Leader

Clockwork Organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our group at a senior level. You'll shape financial strategy, governance, and lead a high performing finance team in a fast paced listed environment.

You will oversee monthly close, consolidation, statutory accounts, budgeting, treasury, and external auditors, with strong stakeholder engagement and Board partnering.
