Finance Director Growth Strategy & European Expansion

XYZ Inc is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join its senior leadership team in Manchester. You will own the financial strategy, planning and control environment, guiding the business through growth, capex investments and cost optimisation.

Reporting to CEO, you will lead a finance team across two sites, partner with the Board on strategy and capital allocation, deliver timely financial reporting, manage treasury, tax and audit, and drive performance in FMCG/manufacturing environments.
