The job

• Own all core finance activities across the UK.
• Lead reporting, financial control, and statutory compliance.
• Upgrade processes, systems, and controls for scale.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Partner with senior leaders on strategy, investment, and performance.
• Deliver sharp, insightful board reporting.
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.

About you

• Qualified Accountant with strong technical grounding (5+ years pqe).
• FMCG/Consumer/Product experience (ideally).
• Proven financial control + core finance leadership.
• Hands-on mindset across reporting and month end.
• Commercial edge with confidence influencing senior leaders.
• Experience driving EBITDA and supporting growth in a PE-backed environment.
