Finance Director

Overview

Our client, a leading national criminal law firm, is looking for a Finance Director to drive growth, modernise processes, and lead the finance function with a sharp commercial focus.

Based in London W1

The Role

You will need to be a sleeves rolled proactive, commercially astute individual able to participate in a fast-moving fluid business.

Salary

£70,000 to £120,000, depending on experience, plus bonus structure linked to increase in net profit

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven law firm finance SRA experience (Legal Aid knowledge advantageous)
• Blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational finance
• Strong team management and mentoring skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Collaborative, commercially astute, and proactive approach
• Must live within Greater London (M25)
