Finance Director - Strategic Growth & Fundraising

XYB Limited is seeking a Finance Director to own the integrity of our numbers and steer financial strategy as we scale. This hands-on leadership role includes coaching the Finance Manager, month-end close, and presenting insights to the board.

You'll build models, lead budgeting and forecasting, manage cash and controls, and help lead a forthcoming fundraising effort with data rooms and investor meetings.
