An exciting opportunity to join an early investment, private equity backed organisation operating within a resilient, people focused sector.

This is a key appointment at a formative stage of growth, with significant opportunity to scale both organically and through targeted acquisitions.

We are looking for a commercially strong finance leader who combines forward looking insight with a robust technical skillset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high quality finance function with strong controls and governance
• Deliver clear, timely reporting to the Board and investors
• Drive forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis
• Partner with the CEO to enhance commercial decision making
• Support and lead M & A activity including due diligence and integration

About You

• Qualified accountant with strong technical capability
• Experience in a private equity backed or high growth environment desirable
• Exposure to M & A activity
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Multi site or retail experience beneficial but not essential

We will consider candidates ready to step into their first Finance Director role, provided they demonstrate the credibility, ambition and capability to operate at Board level.
