Finance Director - BSTAT & GAAP Reporting Leader

Athene is seeking a Director of Finance in Bermuda to oversee the day-to-day Bermuda Statutory Close (BSTAT) process and lead a team of accountants. You will supervise monthly and quarterly close activities, ensure accurate BSTAT reporting, and coordinate with Actuarial, FP&A, Reinsurance Accounting, Tax, and external auditors.

The role requires a CPA/ACCA, 7+ years of experience including life and annuity insurance, and a strong controls/SOX background.
