Finance Data Analyst (h/f)

The Finance Data Analyst supports a strategic initiative focused on modernizing accounting systems and enhancing global financial decision-making. This role involves detailed financial data analysis, sub-ledger implementation, and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards such as IFRS across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate throughout the entire project development life cycle.

• Assist with gathering and documenting business and IT requirements.

• Propose and present business solutions based on data-driven insights.

• Translate and illustrate both technical and non-technical requirements for stakeholders.

• Challenge assumptions using financial data expertise.

• Engage in cross-functional workshops with various internal teams.

• Conduct system and integration testing activities.

• Proactively escalate project issues and risks to management.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong foundational knowledge in finance and accounting.
