Finance Close & Process Improvement Lead

Pacific Life Re in London is seeking a Financial Close and Process Improvement Manager to lead the PL Re close, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and drive improvements across finance controls and reconciliations.

You will own the governance, KPIs, and a cross-functional close calendar, coordinate with Close Leads, monitor progress, perform root cause analysis, and deliver real-time visibility to stakeholders.
