Finance Chief & Strategic Growth Partner

Compco Fire Systems is seeking a Head of Finance to lead all financial operations, guide the management on fiscal decisions and drive long-term growth. The role oversees budgeting, reporting, auditing and strategic financial planning, and provides commercial insight to senior leaders.

The Head of Finance will recruit, mentor and develop the Accounts Team while partnering with department managers to promote best practice and robust financial management across the business.
