Job Description
Wise is seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our London team, focused on Finance transformation initiatives including Source-to-Pay and SOX enhancements. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, and Tech to drive adoption, develop roadmaps, and embed change management into major programmes.
You'll design stakeholder strategies, create training materials, and coach finance teams to sustain new processes and controls.
