Finance Change and Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Change & Test Manager to support the delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation programmes. The role will focus on coordinating testing, business readiness and implementation activities, whilst also providing broader project management and governance support across a portfolio of change initiatives.

The successful candidate will work across business, operational and technology teams to ensure that change is effectively planned, tested and implemented. They will be responsible for driving testing and readiness activities, managing delivery risks and dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, and providing clear reporting to programme leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in testing, release readiness, implementation management or finance transformation who enjoys operating at the intersection of delivery, governance and business change.
