Finance Business Partner: JV & Store P&L Growth

Vision Express is seeking a Finance Business Partner to guide Joint Venture Partners and Business Operations Managers through the finance journey. You'll own store P&L, cash flow and balance sheets, and drive growth with budgeting, KPI reviews and performance insights.

You'll collaborate across functions to shape long-term commercial strategies, present management packs, and support capital investment decisions, ensuring liquidity and value creation across the network.
