Finance Business Partner - Global Procurement (Hybrid)

Are you ready to make a global impact? We're looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our Global Procurement team, supporting both Direct and Indirect spend across Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Wound Business Units, and Global Support Functions.

This role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on financial execution, enabling critical decision-making through insightful planning, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Global Procurement leadership to deliver monthly expense reports, variance analyses, and proactive cost management.
  • Leading period-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Owning Direct Material Spend processes including Materials Standards and Purchase Price Variance targets.
  • Driving cost reduction and visibility improvements across Indirect Spend portfolios.
  • Leading working capital initiatives including DPO and Supply Chain Finance strategies.
  • Championing process improvements and innovative financial operations.
  • Managing the Procurement FP&A team in Pune, India, ensuring best-in-class reporting and analysis.
  • Conducting ad-hoc financial modelling, dashboard creation, and variance analysis.
  • Supporting month-end close activities including journal entries, cost centre reporting, and executive presentations.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements.

Qualifications for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (ACCA, ACA, CMA preferred).
  • Extensive experience in progressive finance, ideally in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Proven business partnering experience with strong stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, P&L impact analysis, and cash flow management.
  • Experience with Standard Costing systems and concepts.
  • Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Business Objects, and HFM is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel (10-25%).
