Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and ensure strong financial control. This is a highly visible role where you'll translate numbers into meaningful actions that shape business outcomes.Key responsibilities:Partner with key business functions to support planning, budgeting, and forecastingProvide clear financial analysis and insights to drive informed decision-makingMonitor performance against budgets and identify risks and opportunitiesChallenge and support stakeholders to ensure cost-effective decisionsSupport month-end reporting and explain variances to planDrive continuous improvement in financial processes and reportingKnowledge, skills and experience:Qualified accountant or equivalent experience in a similar position, ideally from a manufacturing operationExperience with SAP and Microsoft applicationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate dataIf you're looking for a role where you can truly partner with the business and influence decisions, we'd love to hear from you.We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace "The Real Us".
