Finance Business Partner

Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing business based in Maidenhead to recruit a Finance Business Partner into its finance team.

This is a commercially focused role where you will work closely with operational and senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insight, support decision making, and help drive performance across the business.

You will be responsible for:

• Acting as a trusted finance partner to operational teams.
• Providing analysis, insight, and commentary on business performance.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Reviewing costs, margins, and key variances.
• Preparing financial reports for management review.
• Working with stakeholders to improve processes and support growth.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• The ability to build strong relationships with non finance stakeholders.
• Experience within manufacturing or a similar industrial environment would be beneficial.
• A proactive, hands on approach and strong attention to detail.
