Job Description

1. Collaborate closely with finance and non-finance stakeholders to drive business growth.
2. Contribute to financial planning and decision-making processes.
3. Prepare and analyse financial reports and projections.
4. Identify business risks and opportunities and provide recommendations.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
6. Preparation of the monthly Management Accounts.
7. Implement strategic financial initiatives in line with company objectives.
8. Support the team with budget management and forecasting.
9. Participate in cross-functional projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

1. ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part Qualified or QBE.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Sound knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
5. Proven exposure within Management Accounts.
6. Experience in financial planning and analysis.
