Job Description

• Lead financial planning and analysis to support commercial strategies.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessments.
• Support decision-making with detailed financial modelling and analysis.
• Manage and mentor a small team within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Controller should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience in financial management within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on commercial decision-making.
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
