My client a gaming and betting company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and have a passion for financial analysis, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's UK online management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing in-depth financial analysis and reporting to help drive business decisions
• Proactively identifying risks and opportunities to enhance the company's financial performance
• Serving as a trusted advisor to the management team, offering strategic insights and recommendations
• Overseeing the financial performance of the company's gaming operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information

What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant with experience, ideally in a Big 4 or similar large company environment
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and leverage tools like PowerBI and Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders
• Experience in the gaming industry or a similar fast-paced, data-driven environment is preferred but not essential
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing business landscape
