The role

As aFinance Business Partner, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Supporting a critical new contract, this is a unique opportunity to shape financial processes and procedures from the ground up. It's a fantastic platform for learning, impact, and growth.

Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for the production and analysis of accounts and contract reviews in line with the issued monthly timetable, ensuring profit and cash targets are met. Additionally, you will:

• Maintaining the integrity of financial data with clear audit trails to support both internal and external audits
• Applying appropriate accounting standards, particularly IFRS 15
• Supporting preparation of monthly, quarterly, and five-year actuals and forecasts
• Contributing to financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders

This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Finance Business Partner

• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage across all levels
• Effective organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive mindset and adaptable approach to varied responsibilities

Qualifications for the Finance Business Partner

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
