Dynamite Recruitment is delighted currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join one of our top clients near Huntingdon St Ives on a permanent basis. As a highly driven and focused Business Partner you will be responsible for producing insightful financial forecasts and profitability scenarios that support the businesses strategic aims.

The package:

• £50,000 - £55,000 experience dependant

The Role of Finance Business Partner:

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reports
• Produce financial reports analysing revenue, profitability, and business unit performance
• Work closely with Managing Directors, Project, Commercial and Operations teams to support financial decision-making.
• Partner with project teams to assess and monitor major project budgets and financial performance
• Identify process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency andaccuracy
• Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
• Contribute to capital expenditure analysis and operational cashflow planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (UK & IFRS), tax legislation, and company policies

The Ideal Candidate:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
• Experience in a finance business partnering role
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Confident decision-maker with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Highly competent in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A full UK driving licence is essential
