Finance Business Partner - VR/31173

Excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing Finance Team within a growing, private equity-backed engineering group. This newly created, role offers the chance to work closely with Operational and Commercial Teams, providing financial insight to support decision-making across a key region of the business.

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will support a significant portion of the group, which has a global turnover of over £300million and over 2,000 employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue forecasting and analysis of the sales order book.
• Work in Progress (WIP) reporting, cost absorption, and margin analysis.
• Identifying financial trends and providing insightful commentary.
• Month-end reporting and preparing management accounts.
• Business partnering with commercial and operational teams, offering both support and constructive challenge.

The ability to interpret data, influence stakeholders, and challenge where appropriate is key to success in this role.
