Finance Business Analyst - Wealth Management

We are hiring a Finance Treasury Business Analyst focuses on delivering agile project solutions while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and understanding the financial requirements necessary for project success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between vendors, external development teams, and business stakeholders.

• Drive requirements and ensure project deliverables are met within the Finance function.

• Manage financial reporting requirements, leveraging knowledge of Finance Ledger and Subledger systems.

• Define business processes using BPMN while collaborating with stakeholders to set target states.

• Coordinate multiple project releases concurrently.

• Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and transparency on project progress.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with Agile delivery and project management.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of Finance and Corporate Treasury, particularly in Private Wealth.

• Proven experience in managing finance stakeholder relationships.

• Proficiency in defining business processes and BPMN.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Avaloq or related products.

• Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.

• Familiarity with finance reporting systems and data migration impacts.
