Finance Apprentice

Overview

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to start your career while working towards a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification. You will gain valuable personal and professional skills through hands-on experience in the workplace, supported by structured learning delivered by your local college over 12-18 months.

The Role

• Input GRNs on a regular basis to ensure timely recording of costs
• Investigate invoice queries from the accounts payable department
• Processing and posting of timesheets and expenses
• Assist in end of month/year processes including preparation of reports
• Support wider teams with key processes and administrative tasks

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience of Microsoft systems (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Desirable Excel skills, formulas, lookups & pivot tables
• Minimum English and Maths GCSE A -C or 9-4
