Finance & Resources Director: Lead Transformation (3-Year)

St John's Hospice in Lancaster seeks a Director of Finance & Resources to join the Senior Management Team on a three-year fixed-term basis. This role leads finance, administration, IT, facilities and commercial operations to support the Hospice's mission and long-term sustainability.

Working with the Chief Executive and Board, you will shape strategy, oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and statutory compliance, and drive our digital transformation to secure future services for
