Finance and Accounting Customer Service Trainee with German

We are looking for new trainee to join our Finance and Accounting department!

During the time of the internship, the trainee will part of the Finance and Accounting team of Mercedes Benz Austria and Switzerland, getting knowledge of a very experienced team, methods, other F&A processes and our advanced tools. Being part of our team could be an exceptional first step for a young professional who starts his/her career.

Key Responsibilities:

Within Finance and Accounting department, his/her main target will consist on the attention of the Finance and Accounting (F&A) queries of Mercedes Benz Austria and Mercedes Benz Switzerland customers (Dealers, Fleet, Service Contract customers, etc.). Customers are in the centric of our culture and vision, therefore this role is key in our organization.

During their time among us, their duties will include the following:

• Attend F&A queries related to Invoicing, Payments, Master data, Reconciliations, Dunnings, etc., received via email and telephone
• Execution of Invoicing, Master Data, Dunning, etc. tasks
• Interaction with our center in Philippines and several departments of Mercedes Benz Austria and Mercedes Benz Switzerland
• SAP and Microsoft Dynamics System will be used
• Process Improvement: Participation in processes review sessions to identify improvements

Education/Languages:

• University Degree, Ausbildung or VET (FP) Certification, ideally finance related, but other disciplines are also welcome
• Fluent in German

Competences

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented.

Conditions of the internship:

• 12-month internship with the possibility of semi-attendance, important: to live in Madrid
• 35 hours per week (important to be available for morning and afternoon hours from 8:00 to 16:00 during the 12 months)
• Flexible starting time (depending on the needs of the department)
• Agreement and training provided by the company or agreement with current university
• 30 working days of holidays
