Finance Analyst, Capital Strategy & Balance Sheet

Santander seeks a CIB Finance Analyst for ACPM in the United States. The role supports balance sheet management, capital planning and allocation, funding, and investment portfolio oversight with rigorous financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive data integrity, process improvements, and control adherence (SOX). The position offers exposure to capital efficiency initiatives and cross functional collaboration across Finance and Risk.
