It is a significant launch, and you can help shape it.You will run finance for EvaEsi through launch: payroll, budgets, cash planning, payments and the revenue reporting that tells us how the business is really doing. The role starts hands-on and grows with the company.What we look for Qualifications. Have run finance for a company or a business unit, from budgets through to reporting. Comfortable being the first finance hire and setting things up properly. Careful, accurate and straightforward about numbers. Bring an open mind and genuine readiness for a learning curve. Are results oriented and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes. Are willing to adapt and try new ideas.Bonus Nice to have. Payroll, VAT and UK company finance. Subscription or usage-based revenue reporting. Stripe or comparable payment platforms and reconciliation. Cash and runway planning for a growing company.Process How the process runs.Each application is reviewed directly. Expect one or more conversations covering judgement, technical or craft depth, and the responsibility the role carries.
