Fill Operations Lead & Team Coach

Marks & Spencer Plc in Scunthorpe is seeking a colleague to lead the fill operation, ensuring that the sales floor is ready to trade. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, coaching team members on operational tasks, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will be 18 or older and should role model excellent customer service, while supporting fellow managers in achieving high performance across the store. Evening work may be required with a premium for unsocial hours.
