Field Work Coordinator - Enterprise Surveys

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Field Work Coordinator to lead and supervise the implementation of fieldwork for an international enterprise survey in Granada.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research or social survey coordination within the Caribbean region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate field operations, ensuring timelines, quotas, and quality standards are met.
• Have a team of at least 3 interviewers.
• Monitor daily progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Conduct field visits to support and oversee data collection activities.
• Train and guide survey staff, ensuring clear understanding of protocols and tools.
• Review survey documentation, questionnaires, and databases for consistency and accuracy.
• Manage administrative tasks, including budget oversight, expense tracking, and payment processing related to fieldwork.
• Solve logistical and operational issues as they arise to ensure smooth survey implementation.
