Field Technician - Customer Support & Vehicle Safety

Anglian Water Group Ltd. in Cambridge is seeking a customer-focused team member to respond to customer complaints and enquiries courteously, ensuring issues are addressed promptly or escalated appropriately.

You will also assume personal responsibility for the effective and efficient use of company resources under your control, and, when required to drive company vehicles, carry out routine checks of vehicles and towing equipment to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
