Field Surveying Manager - Lead Major Works & Asset Care

Churchill Estates Management is seeking an experienced Surveying Manager to join its Property Services team. The role is field-based with travel across regions and will require leadership of Building Surveyors and Assistant Surveyors to deliver major works and ongoing asset maintenance.

You will oversee surveying, scoping, procurement, and delivery of projects, ensuring quality, value for money, and minimal disruption to residents, with a focus on asset performance and compliance.
