Field Services Engineer

Purpose of the role?

As a field service engineer you will be responsible for resolving mechatronic and software malfunctions and carry out modifications for service projects at our customers locations. You will implement improvements to existing systems, with a focus on mechatronic and software systems. You will also act as an ambassador for the department, Advising customers on possible enhancements such as upgrades, retrofits and training.

The Lifecycle Service Department at CSI

Our service department focuses on service and lifecycle support for installations at our customers sites. With a team of customer orientated and skilled service professionals, we offer modifications, spare parts, inspections and maintenance through operational and technical support. Our services support customers 24/7 to ensure maximum performance and availability of installations.

Knowledge, skills & Qualifications

• Mechatronic Engineering qualification or similar engineering discipline
• Solid experience with PLC Software ( mainly Allen Bradley & Siemens)
• You enjoy travelling as 70% of the work is in customers locations
• You can express yourself verbally and written in Dutch & English
