Field Service Technician

Qualifications

• Having ideally served a recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship.
• Relevant qualifications and a background in the service/maintenance industry.
• Detailed knowledge in electrical fault finding and understanding electrical and pneumatic drawings.
• Experience working with packaging machinery and controls such as IPC, PC, and MC controls, Servo, and AC drives.
• Experience in robotic systems and thermoforming would be a big advantage, however, comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform a diverse range of technical tasks including installation, service, repair, overhaul, and upgrades.
• Be dedicated to excellent customer service.
• Navigate varying work demands under pressure and tight schedules, both independently and as part of a team.
• Be flexible, with occasional weekend work, early starts, and late finishes to meet dynamic business needs.
